Great location, most beautiful view on the town from hotel terrace, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with great views. Great location for breakfast (or a coffee later on in the day) with 360 degree view around the city.

Definitely the best hotel in Sarajevo, friendly staff, beautiful view, located in the city center, there is not a single complaint. Next stay in Sarajevo, same hotel again.
